When asked, most people select many goals for themselves as important. However, trying to achieve many goals at the same time is like selecting no goals at all. How many of these goals conflict with others? There are limits with your time. If everything is a goal, how do we figure out which one to work on first?

The hardest part of proper goal setting is not determining which goals to pursue, but which goals are your priority. And this priority setting will require updating over time. What is most important to you at one point in your life will change over your lifetime.

We call these goals aspirational, and they should help us with the general directions of how we spend our time and with whom!
